Laura’s boyfriend, a fellow senior at Twin Peaks High School. Bobby had a secret lover too, Shelley Johnson, a waitress at the Double R Diner. Bobby is involved in the illicit drug trade in Twin Peaks. Leo Johnson, Shelley’s husband, gets the drugs from the Renault brothers and Bobby and his friend Mike distribute them at the High School. Laura was one of his best customers, which also gave Bobby a front row seat to Laura’s road to death. After Laura’s murder is solved, Bobby goes to work for Benjamin Horne, first as a spy then when Ben becomes an environmentalist, Bobby moves up to “executive assistant.”
