Sheriff of Twin Peaks who assists Agent Cooper in his various investigations in Twin Peaks, which included Laura’s murder, rescuing Audrey Horne from her kidnappers, investigating the dirty dealings of his girlfriend Josie Packard, stopping Windom Earle and the drug running in Twin Peaks among others. Harry respects Cooper as fine lawman and good human being and they become close friends over the course of Cooper’s stay in Twin Peaks.
