Brother of Jerry Horne and his principal business partner. Jerry brings the Icelandic investors to Twin Peaks and helps his brother secure the needed signature for a Ghostwoods contract with them. When Ben is arrested for Laura’s murder, Jerry briefly acts as Ben’s lawyer. Jerry is obsessed with exotic foods and sticks by his brother when he changes his attitude concerning the Ghostwoods project.
